Why you NEED a coach?
A coach provides motivation, direction, guidance and so much more. I know what you’re thinking…and yes, I too have a fitness coach! All the top athletes in the world all have coaches!!
1: Accountability
How many times have you started a workout program and then burned out? How many times have you tried eating more healthily, only to get fed up and go back to the way your were eating before?Being accountable to someone other than yourself is a huge motivational push. Knowing that your coach will be checking in on you makes you think twice about deviating from the plan. EVERYONE needs accountability!
2:Time saver
As a mother of a toddler and a 8 month oldI know that time is precious! You don’t really have all that much time to put together a fitness plan, or research meal plans and macros and all that.
A coach saves you from having to spend precious time looking at fitness plans and apps that may or may not work for your individual goals! With a coach, all you have to do is show up and do the work!
3: Realistic Goal Setting
People often set unrealistic expectations for themselves. They want that “beach body” by summer (when summer is 3 weeks away) or want to run a 5k by next week and they’ve never even jogged before! NEVER going to happen, sorry!!!
A coach helps set REALISTIC and SUSTAINABLE goals.
I have clients that come to me with unrealistic expectations and then I educate them on what sustainable and healthy fat loss actually looks like. That’s what a coach does, helps you set goals that you are likely to succeed in!
Reason 4: Faster Results
Before you get tempted by the next “get fit quick” load of crap! PLEASE STOP!Think about how much stress and yo-yo dieting you’ll be saving yourself by being under a coach’s guidance. A coach helps you navigate through all the rubbish info out there and gives you the correctsteps of how to become fitter and healthier, NOT by fad diets and restriction, but by giving you DIRECTION!
