1. Green Goddess Smoothie
Ingredients
• 1 apple
• 1 pear
• 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
• 2 teaspoons of flax seeds
• 250 ml water
• Juice of 1 small lemon
• 2 handfuls of spinach
2. Berry, spinach and yogurt smoothie bowl
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp of yogurt
• 1 tsp of lucuma powder
• 1 banana
• 1 handful of berries – strawberries or raspberries
• A splash of coconut water depending on how thick you like the smoothie
• 1 or 2 big handfuls of spinach
• Toppings – I used blueberries, pomegranate seeds and bee pollen, but add whatever you like
Method
• Simply blend all ingredients apart from the toppings
• Once a thick creamy mixture has formed top the bowl how you like
• Stir and enjoy!
3. Coconut Almond Super-food Smoothie
Ingredients
• 500ml skimmed milk
• 150ml natural yoghurt
• 3 tbsps Pip + Nut Coconut Almon butter
• 2 bananas
• 1 tablespoon flax seeds
• 2 teaspoons old fashioned oats
• 1 tbsp honey
